Versa watch

I have loved my Versa watch much.  Last week I was teaching my dance class and the glass face of the watch flipped up.  I push it back down and a few minutes it flipped back up so I took it off.  It won’t let me get the serial number off of it now.  I need to send it back to be replaced.  What do I need to do?
