Versa water logging

I’m having trouble making water entries to my versa whenever I try to do it on the watch it comes up with the the message that too many logs have been made and tells me to sync my versa. It has synced today automatically and has transferred all data but it still not letting me log water on the watch any suggestions please?

Thanks for bringing your Versa's behavior to my attention. Usually that message is displayed when you've logged many water entries that need to be synced to continue logging. Since you mentioned that your watch is syncing, I'd recommend to give a try to the following:

 

  1. Remove your Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app:

    For iOS devices, see this article.

    For Android devices, see this article.

  4. Reboot your phone and restart your watch.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile icon > Versa image > Sync Now.

 

Wait until the Fitbit app says that you synced a moment ago to try logging your water intake one more time.
