My Versa was working fine until I took it off this morning. I came back to it, and it was on the initial welcome screen. I tried bluetooth on/off, clear app memory, soft and hard factory reset, remove and reinstall the app. Now it's stuck in a update loop. The app finds the Versa, and the Versa takes the download, looks like it's programming the watch, and I get a green check mark, but it gets stuck on the white Fitbit logo with the battery indicator. The app still is communicating with the watch because the app indicates that it has completed a sync.
Any ideas from anyone?

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa and the steps tried on your own to get it working again. I'm sorry that you're having this experience. I was checking your details and I was told that you already have a case created with our Support team.
