Versa weak vibration issue

I recently updated the firmware on my versa and now the vibration is VERY weak when I get notifications. I barely feel them or even not at all depending on what I am doing. There appears to be no difference between "normal" or "strong" when I toggle between the two in settings. Both very weak!! This is not ok! Anyone have any insights?

I am having the same issue.  The vibration function is terribly weak on my Versa.  No difference with Normal or Strong setting

I am sorry to hear you are having the same issue. I contacted fitbit customer service about the weak vibration after I updated the firmware on my Versa and they were not helpful at all. Basically their response was 'too bad so sad, you'll have to buy a new one." Within a matter of a couple weeks after I did the update, my versa was completely useless. It will only hold a charge for about 2 hours.

 

I have given up on Fitbit and moved on to a different smart watch company.

 

Good luck! I hope your Fitbit ends up better than mine!
