Versa 2 bluetooth connection issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have got the versa 2 which I have now had over a month. It was all working fine up until a couple of days ago. I am using this with my s10+.

The issue I am having is I am not getting calls or text notifications on the versa 2. I have paired and unpaired it via bluetooth. I have reset it up, deleted and reinstalled the app and set as a new device but nothing seems to be working. When I try to connect to the versa 2 using bluetooth it says an app is needed to use this device  but I already have the fitbit app so I am not sure what to do now.

I have the same problem.  I am using an iphone to pair with my Versa - and it just won't work.  I suspect Apple is behind it.  But I'm not going to fight the fight - I'm switching to an Apple watch.  Sad 😞

Apple stock would dive after the Feds sat on them if they had anything to do with it. They don't need to play those kind of games with little companies like FitBit - okay middle-sized.

I had pairing issues with my first Versa 2 starting in January - I waited for FitBit to hopefully figure out what was wrong.

I gave up and the in-warranty replacement I received from Best Buy on Monday is performing just as well as I could expect. All lost functionality has been re-instated.

I have had the Versa for 3 month and it has really never synched.  I feel like an idiot spending so much time and useless effort. Thanks for posting. Lost the return window from Amazon too.  😞

I also want to say, I too would suspect apple but that doesn't help us. We have a 200$ piece of junk because it doesn't synch using iphones likely the android users aren't fairing any better.  Maybe that apple wants us to buy apple watches, but fit bit promised us we could synch to our iphones and is just not true.  Not to mention the fact that you need a laptop to get your music.....and twitter to get app support. They are a mess.
