I've been having issues with my weather app for over a week now, it keeps saying "sync the fitbit mobile app to update", although my location detection is OK. I've checked the fitbit app for updates (my versa is up to date), I've disconnected and reconnected the versa, I've ensured all my location services are always on and it's on all day sync, and I've also restarted my phone and my versa multiple times. I've attempted syncing to laptop, changing wifi routers, and every other option given on other forums for similar issues, but I just can't get my weather app to work. Please help!

@hwangjye Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear about your weather app not updating. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. Now open the Weather app on your Versa and start a sync with your phone.
