I have been having a problem syncing my Versa. I have read all the current threads and all that but nothing is helping. I have an Android and saw that the syncing it is basically useless anymore. I saw a suggestion to sync using a Windows 10 device. I downloaded the app to my computer but my Versa will not connect to it either. I have tried the bluetooth option and the fitbit app option to get it connected. My last resort is to try my daughters Iphone but I don't really want to have to do that. I just started something and I REALLY need my stats to be updated.
I have also tried restarting my Versa and my apps and also uninstalling the apps and reinstalling them and restarting the bluetooth on my phone and restarting my phone.

@CrystalM It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear about your Versa not syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone do you have? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
