My versa went black a couple of weeks ago. It initially played funny colors then went black. Battery still blinking when charged and syncs but screen is black.
I have been trying to find answers in the community but no luck.
My Fitbit Versa Screen is blank. It synced , but cannot see anything on screen. Called Fitbit and they said I just have to purchase a new one. I removed the app thinking that it may be the software and now cannot re install it because I cannot see the 4 digit code they want me to plug in. Is this Fitbits way of pushing us to purchase a new one. It seems I am not the only one with this problem. They should have a fix.!!!! Not a happy camper
Best AnswerFitbit. needs to find a fix. They KNow this is a problem. It is All over you tube and the Internet. Who will want to spend $$$ on another one that is obviously a defect and they will not do anything about it.Their push button fix doesn't work! Fitbit is being neglegent.
