Versa telling the wrong time...

My Fitbit Versa really is garbage. I've had mine for about 18 months and have had nothing but problems with: connectivity;settings changing by themselves, and now its telling the wrong time.  I know that it's not a time zone issue, but the watch is slow by about a half minute per hour. I've rebooted the watch, my phone, I've deleted and reinstalled the app, but nothing seems to work.  Has anyone else had this problem?

 

I can't wait for Christmas, I'm definitely asking Santa to bring me an Apple watch!

I can't believe how many people are having the exact same problems with their Versas not syncing and/or telling the correct time (I'm currently experience both of these issues with my Versa).  I'm so disappointed in Fitbit. I've bought a couple of Fitbits in the past, and I did have some issues with the Blaze.  I thought if I spent the extra money and bought a Versa then I wouldn't have these same issues.  I returned the first Versa I had shortly after buying it because it wouldn't charge.  I"ve had my current Versa for about 18 months.  I swear the Versa is the worst of the watches I've bought.  I will definitely never buy another Fitbit product, and I'll be sure to tell all my family and friends not to waste their money on these inferior products and the comically ridiculous 'customer service'.  

 

These issues should have been resolved months ago. Shame on you Fitbit!
