I bought a Versa in December 2018 and she has been using it without any complaints. She complained to me that the it did not seem to be holding charge, we tried charging it but only noticed that the screen just went blank and has remained so since... Any suggestions?

i charged my versa (purchased november 2018) yesterday evening and took it off charge and put it on before going to bed last night. it was fine when i went to bed. woke up and the screen was blank. nothing i did using the fitbit suggestions of holding buttons to reset etc worked. fortunately i was able to take it back where i got it from to exchange it for another one.
