My versa 2 is brand new straight out of box and from minute one it's been stuck on the setup app screen just scrolling through the different languages to set up. I can't do anything with it, I set up the app on my phone and only get as far as pairing. This is ridiculous, one more day of messing with a brand new product I'll be sending it back. I went out of my way and purchased a new phone and the Fitbit won't even work
