Hello,
I am having issues with my versa downloading updates. It has been since march since i have been able to use it, maybe longer. I called customer service, and after two days of calls they finally agreed to replace it. My question is, has anyone else had this issue? is replacing the Versa going to work? I even tried to update it from my work phone, and it still didnt work.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I had this. 1 & only 1 Bluetooth connection to your Versa & updates must be done via the app on your phone & not off or from the dongle.
Do not have the dongle plugged in when setting up or running updates via the app on your phone as you will get Bluetooth conflicts.
