I am not a tech type person but I wonder if this new Versa actually is working with 6 plus iPhone cause it says 8 and above and I am having some issues w getting all on phone plus can't seem to get back to the help that I could ask questions and see what else to sync.  Have no music on or other.  Have only had 3 days so please be patient w me!

The 8 refers to the minimum level of the OS, not the actual 6 Plus phone. As long as you have at least os 8 on your phone it should be working.
