My versa has been working just fine until last night.I went to bed and before I woke it powered off and won't come back on. I tried a hard reset, I tried powering on and off, and I tried charging for 24 hours, but nothing. When I put it on the charger, I get nothing, No lights, no display..... Any thoughts?

Although your Versa is unresponsive is it still communicating with the Fitbit app? Are you seeing any data like it’s still tracking your steps? If your Fitbit Versa is stuck on a black screen but can communicate with the Fitbit app, you can try to change the clock face going through the Fitbit App. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm
Check to make sure your Versa is charging properly. It might not be if the charging pins are dirty and preventing a good connection. Look closely at the pins on the charger…are they bent in any way? If changing the clock face or cleaning the charger/Versa fails to fix the problem I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

No it is no longer tracking my steps or anything. The Fitbit app was continuously looking for it, so I deleted it from the app.
