Versa will not hold a charge

Hey guys, so I recently bought a Fitbit Versa and have had it only for about 2 months and I will charge it but I noticed about 2 or 3 weeks ago the screen would not always turn on or would have a delay and now I will charge it to 100% battery and it will not last me more than 2 hours, please help.

Try restarting it several times (if you havent already). If that doesnt fixnit try a Factory Reset (on the watch go to the settings app and scroll down to About). If that doesnt help either younwill need to contact Support (link in my signature) Let us know how you go
