I have had my Versa since Christmas. It had a battery life of about 4 days until a month ago. The battery life started dropping and I had to charge it more frequently. Now it might last a whole day if I am lucky. I tried to clean the contacts and reset it but that hasn't helped.

I'd like you to check out this help article and try the tips listed in order to improve the battery life of your Versa. After this, monitor the battery's behavior of your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

I'm having the exact same issue. I got mine in December too and six months to the day of purchase, I started having that problem as well as the watch no longer showing my stats or heart rate. I took fitbits advice and now mine just shows the logo and won't work either.
