Versa will not pair

Hi. I am having issues pairing my versa to my Apple iPhone version 14.2. It will sync, but it will not pair and because it will not pair I cannot get any notifications on my versa. When you try to select notifications in the Fitbit app you keep getting the same pairing request over and over . I have tried removing the app, restarting everting. Restored to versa to factory. I did notice that the versa on my connected devices, does not have the little information symbol next to it. (I with a circle) Thanks you .

I'm so over fitbit! I can't connect/sync at all. The time on my Versa lite is now 1/2 hour behind. I had this issue at the start of the year, and fitbit sent me a new "pebble". I did a factory reset yesterday, and took hours to get to sync with phone, now won't sync at all. I can't get it to pair, and can't even find the pairing Bluetooth information on my fitbit app.
