Versa will not stay on

Two days ago I noticed my Vera was not on and when I pressed the back button it would try to light up but was black. I charged further even-though it was at 97%. I downloaded a new clock face. I turned it back on by holding back button and the bottom right button I tried for hours. That night I was able to turn it on and it stayed on. Work fine yesterday. This morning it was off and having the same issue. It will show the Fitbit logo has a black screen for 30 seconds and turn off. Any ideas how to fix?

@spchiaz welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't stay on even though you have restarted it and charged it completely.

Please try cleaning the contacts of your Versa and charging cable with a cotton swab. This will remove dust that may affect the charging process this may be the reason why your watch doesn't stay on. After this, try using a clock face developed by Fitbit and see if the issue gets fixed.

I let the Fitbit charge 3 hrs, it still would not stay on, I was finally able to download a Fitbit clock face, restarted it several time but still will not stay on for more than a minute and will not register steps in that minute.
