Versa will not sync active minutes

Hi all,

Versa is not tracking my active minutes. Did a 45 minute spin class and no active minutes whatsoever.

 

I have read previous threads and have tried to reset Fitbit, delete app, log in and log out, turn phone on and off. Nothing has helped.

 

Someone please help!

I'm having the same problem called fitbit they said they will send me a replacement. I heard a lot of  bad stories of the return on Replacements ???  is this TRUE ??
