Versa will not sync my steps

When I go in the app and press sync a red explation point will show and say cannot sync. I have turned my phone on and off because that worked before but now it's just not syncing at all

Hi @Lexoi 

Have you tried restarting your Fitbit?  If so, have you tried restarting both your phone and Fitbit at the same time?  I have had success using these suggestions.
