Versa will not sync

I have the fit bit app on my samsung S10 and it will not sync up with it. When it hit sync now all it will do is search and search and than just stop searching. The last time it synced was on 1/19/2020 @ 1757 hours.

I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't sync with your phone. Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
