Hi, I recently got a versa lite and was working fine for the first 2-3 weeks however now it often unsyncs from the app when I go to check my daily progress. This is very frustrating having to delete the app from my iPhone and reinstall it. I have had to do that every day for the past week! It is really annoying me and would like to know why this is happening and how can I stop it from saying “no device found” every time I click into the app!
please help !!
