Fitbit has an issue. Even though they are sending me a replacement watch...this is an ongoing issue that needs to be resolved. How does the consumer know this syncing issue won’t occur again?
This is the 2nd time I’ve had to send back a Fitbit device for the SAME reason——can’t someone figure this out? What is causing these issues?
I am frustrated with customer service and the quality of the product!
