I have been having issues ever since I did the first update last week. Food log started working yesterday but BPM stopped working all together after reading extremely high for days. Now this morning it buzzed and shut down multiple times. My screen is black and my versa will not turn on.
HELP I depend on this thing to keep me on track.

to reset it you have to press all 3 buttons for about 10s until the fitbit logo appears. If this fails ... just to make shure it is charged put it into you charging gear !
If it turns on again and you have further troubles, it might be a good idea to go into settings and make a foctory reset.

I tried the reset it is not working. The fitbit symbol comes up it buzzes and that is it.

I contacted customer support last night after it stopped working all together. I had condensation in my versa from swimming and the device stopped working all together. Mailed it in to them today for a replacement device. I could hear other customer service reps talking to other customers with the same issues due to condensation. Back to wearing my garmin until the new one arrives. Thank you for your time.
