Versa will not turn on

I received my fitbit Versa this last year for Christmas. I have been using it everyday and everything has been great. Sunday afternoon I hooked it up to fully charge it. It worked just fine all day Sunday but when I woke up Monday morning, it would not do anything. I tried hooking it up to charge but it will not do anything. Actually, if you look really good at it when you hook it up to charge, It has a very light blue tint to the screen. I can not get it to turn on though. Looking at the questions on here trying to figure it out has not helped. I found responses about holding the left and top right buttons for 12 - 15 secs to turn it off and on, did not do anything. I also saw to hold all 3 buttons for about the same length of time, also no results. Any ideas on my next steps?

Hi, as you have tried all the known solutions to solve your problem, I would advice you to contact Customer Support about your problem.

Mine has this exact same issue.  This just started yesterday.  I am looking for advice.  Looks like we may need to contact customer support based on other things I am reading.

I wasn't sure if there were any other solutions I might be able to try. Guess I'll have to call customer service tomorrow. Thank you!
