Versa will not turn on

I was wearing my Fitbit versa and it was working fine and then all of a sudden it would not turn on. I attempted all of the suggestion I saw posted on this site from people who had similar problems but none of them worked. I have never had any issues with it prior. I have had it for at least a year maybe longer but have never had any problems until now.

I’m having the same issue. It was working totally fine, and then last week, I first thought I had let the battery get too low (even though I had charged it the day before). I followed the other tips I saw online, and eventually got it to work for about a half day, and then it went completely dead again. I put it on the charger for two days, and when the screen comes fully on, it shows that it’s at 99% charge. But as soon as I try to remove it from the charger, it’s completely dead. I put it back on the charger immediately, but then it shows 0%. I haven’t been able to get this to work at all the last four days.

Im gonna assume that u tried charging it. So did u try contacting customer support for a replacement? Here is the link: https://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1

I contacted them when my Fitbit Charge 2 broke and they gave me a option between a free replacement and a new watch 50% off, I selected the latter. For what I've heard, in the free replacement option, they only replaced the device, and it came rattling in a box.

However, mine was under the 1 year warranty, so I am not sure how it will roll out for you.

Thank you so much! I hadn’t reached out to anyone outside of the online forum. I will give this a try. Thanks so much!
