My versa tracks my steps but the steps won't show up in challenges. For instance, I average 13,500 steps a day but this week's work week hustle shows I've only walked 4 steps since Monday. It's now thursday. Anyone else having this issue or know how i can fix it?

Hello @ChristyMH, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that your step total on your challenge isn't updating. Below are possible reasons for this issue:
1. Your steps have fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. (Live data mode would show the word "connected" under your tracker tile).
2. You manually logged an activity. Steps from manually logged activities do not count toward challenges; only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
3. You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
4. All challenge participants are not in the same time zone.
We also recommend waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I’m having this problem and of your reasons the one that fits is that I’m in a different time zone then when I originally signed up for the challenge. But this has never happened before. I’ve been in different time zones traveling and it has always worked when I was traveling. So how do I fix this?
