Yesterday i charged my Fitbit versa to it's full battery life. This morning I went out to exercise and it was working where I could see the time but the screen suddenly went black and now it will not turn on. I tried placing it back on the charger to see of it would come back on but it did not. I also tried holding down the left and bottom right button and still nothing. Help!

@DERICA87 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have restarted it by holding down the left and bottom right buttons before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch again for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
