Versa will not vibrate when receiving messages

Why won't my versa vibrate to alert me when I get phone calls, emails, or text messages. It was working fine and then has stopped working since my update. Very frustrating!

@Bdavo welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not vibrating when getting notifications.

I'd like you to try turning off the notifications. After this, restart your Versa as described in this help article. Finally, turn on the notifications and see if your watch vibrates when getting the notifications.

I can't even find where you turn Notifications off or on with this new
update.

Have you double checked that Sleep Mode is not on?

I ended up uninstalling my fitbit app and did a factory reset on my versa
and then I got it to work!!!
