Versa won't change clock face

I have a versa.  I'm trying to change the clock face.  Every one I seem to pick it tells me to make sure my fitbit is up to date and I am unable to even select the clock face I want.  HELP.  I've checked my app and it doesn't appear my fitbit needs updating as the pink UPDATE doesn't appear.

Hi there @SandraJo66, welcome to the Community Forums. I will be glad to help you to solve the inconvenience you're having when trying to change the clock face on your Versa. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your watch and app prior to posting here.

About the latest versions on your watch and Fitbit app, please note that your Versa must be updated to the latest Fitbit OS 4.1.3 (32.70.8.0) and the Fitbit app on your phone to 3.26.1. May I know what is the version currently installed on your watch? You can find it either by going in the, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image (the firmware version number appears under your device's name) or on your Versa, in the Settings app About or Device Info.

If you haven't done so yet, please try these steps:

  1. Make sure Fitbit app  and Versa version are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Versa
  3. Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app, as well as in the gallery choose the same clock face. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  4. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  5. Restart Bluetooth
  6. Trigger a regular sync.
