Looking for abit help. For the last month or so when my fitbit runs out of battery I've had to do a reset to get it to charge again. 2days ago ran out of battery on charge all night and nothing so I done the usual reset but wouldnt reset this time even tried master reset but nothing. Can anyone help me please thanks

Regarding the battery issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.

What fixed it? Mine is doing the same thing! And I got no help on chat. Won’t charge, black screen, can’t get it to reboot.

Mine is doing the same thing, just started yesterday. Cant get it to charge, I've done all the resets and I did get it to charge for a few minutes, but it stopped again.

Nothing has I wrote to fitbit on twitter and they looked into it. It's broken still under warranty so fitbit are sending out a new one for me
