Hey my Versa has died with half the battery still charged and now it won't charge or sync to my phone or computer. I've tried a hard wire sync/charge with no response. The charger is not warm so I am not to sure if the problem is with the charger or with the devise as both seem to not be working correctly. Has anyone had this issue?
I've also tried to do a hard reset with no success as well.

Regarding the charging and syncing issues that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
