I just upgraded from a Charge 2 to the Versa 2 this past Sunday. However my versa 2 will not track my sleep at all. I have seen other people on here mention the same problem but I have not seen a definitive answer from Fitbit. Any help with my versa 2 would be welcome. For now I’m still wearing my charge 2 to track sleep.

I'm sorry t hear that your Versa 2 is not tracking your sleep. In order to fix this issue, please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. Finally, monitor your Versa 2 and see if the issue gets fixed.
