I only had my Versa for about a year and one day it died.  I kept it on the charger for 3 days and now it will not turn on.  I even try to reset holding the three buttons and nothing happens.

@Mel410 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on and charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, plug your Versa in the charger and see if turns on and charges.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

When I take my fitb off the charge it does not turn.  I believe the battery is dead.

I have also had my Versa about 10/11months. It wont charge. I have followed the instructions, cleaned both charger and watch points and it wont charge. I've tried different powerpoint plugs but still no luck. Please help me.

Did you find a solution for this?  The same thing is happening to me right now.  I cleaned the back of the watch as well as the charger.  Didn't help.  Thank you!

Hi, sadly no. The little green light at the back had died. I spoke to fitbit help, went through tests etc with no luck. They sent me a replacement within 7 days. Sent from Samsung tablet.

Had my versa for about 10 months and all sudden, stopped charging. Tried restarting, different plug, cleaning and nothing. It shows its charging but doesn't increase battery.
