@MsKemble16 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to help you with the charging issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing. I appreciate the time spent cleaning the contacts of your watch and charger before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it takes a charge and turns on properly.
