Hi all....
Hoping someone can help me...
I have a fitbit versa.. only new.. purchased less than 4 weeks ago...
I've been trying to charge it all week... using different ports, charging docks and even different power points...
The fitbit symbol is on the screen...
I have tried restarting the device.. with no change..
It also wont sync (guessing because it's 0%) via using the app...
Any suggestions on what the issue is or what to do..?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains some steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
