Hi my Versa died a couple days ago & will not charge. I've tried other outlets, cleaning the charging parts, resetting it etc to no avail. I just got it as a gift in February & was liking it but it had some issues with syncing with my phone, showing texts etc.I feel lost without it tracking on my wrist lol... HELP! I couldn't find the Customer Support email to see about returning it for a replacement & I was 39 in line for Live Chat.
