My Versa won't charge. I replaced the charging dock but it's still dead. Can I replace the internal battery? If so how?

@Sylmorris, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge, even though you have tried another charger.
I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the chargers. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Regarding your inquiry, I'm afraid that the battery of the Fitbit devices can't be replaced since they're built in.
