Versa stopped receiving notifications

My notifications like messages are not coming up on my versa 2. I have a huawei p30. They were working until yesterday and I've tried everything to no joy. I've just read this is happening to samsungs and Iphone as well?? It's the only reason I chose the versa 2 and got it at Christmas.

@Orf13, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 stopped receiving notifications from your Huawei P30. I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information from my end, please let me know what troubleshooting steps that you have tried.
