Versa won’t charge

I have had the versa for 3 weeks and it has gone flat and I have had it charging for several hours and it still won’t turn on.... has anyone got any suggestions or have I got a dud

This happened to me. Push all 3 buttons together and hold till Fitbit logo comes on. This should restart it and then you can start the charge
