My versa was at 6% so I put it on the charger. I went back later to check it and its completely dead. This was a Christmas present and very disappointed. What can I do to get this fixed and working again?

Hi Juan! I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried several different chargers and outlets and my Versa still won’t charge. I’ve also tried cleaning the connections and nothing has worked.

My wife has the same problem. We both have Versa watches mine has been fine she is on her second one after a replacement was sent out and now this one has the same problem as the first. Initially it stopped syncing. It looked like the blue tooth had failed as we could not connect it to any smart hone device. Then the screen went black (ut still had 40% charge on it) and it will not startup. Tried leaving in the charger, factory reset using buttons as per help area but nothing. Emailed fit bit but so far no response.
