Hi
any help or advice is much appreciated..
I’ve got my Versa as a Christmas present in 2018, it has worked fine until tonight..
the display is black and no flashing lights on the rear of the clock face..
I’ve had it on charge for about 2-3 hours but no joy..
please help?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
