Versa won’t charge

I’ve had my versa for almost two year, went to bed with it at 18% woke up and it was shut off. Tried doing the rest by holding the three buttons down for 12 seconds (longer) nothing happened. While on the charge it lights up and I did the factory reset and it never moves past 0% while it’s been on the charger for almost two days.

I have the same problem! I woke up this morning and my battery was super low, when I got up to charge it the Versa was dead. So I figured okay it’ll take time to turn back on. An hour later, still dead. 12 hours later still dead! I cleaned all the sensors. Changed outlets. Change plugs. Nothing is working. I’ve had it like 6 months.

So I saw somewhere else someone suggested restarting. I did and now it says it’s fully charged but I’m still beyond annoyed and went without it all day. And if it’s dead how would I expect to restart it.... I’m done with Fitbit and its constant struggles.
