Screen frozen Versa 2

After the update, my screen froze.  I did soft reset 2 and still frozen.  I attempted a factory reset and now I see the Fitbit logo and then black screen.

Same issue.  Except My Versa 2 showed the Fitbit logo and then went to a white screen.  Now it just keeps flashing that white screen while on the charger!
