My versa is around 3 months old. Worn for circuits and daily life. Not worn in the shower or to swim and now it won’t charge.
It shows it’s docked when I clip it in the charger, but the percentage drops. Any ideas? Previous posts say about changing the cable (won’t work as cable and dock are one unit) or holding down buttons when plugged in (buttons are shrouded by the dock).

@Phil_Q Have a look at Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging issues at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If those tips don't work then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support
