Versa will no longer charge. Bought a new charger and it won’t work either. I’ve had it less then 2 years, is this standard?

Try going through Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging issues at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If those tips don't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
