Versa won't charge

My Fitbit Versa suddenly stopped working, there is a problem with the product itself. It doesn't charge and no display on screen I have tried to restart using the long press of buttons. Connected to support but they said your product is out of warranty, I bought it 2018 December, how is this my fault. They are not even giving me a discount. It's so disappointing, will not use Fitbit anymore would go for apple watch. Fitbit should have proper support.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Versa 3 board to the Other Versa Smartwatches board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about this watch.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. Since you have already opened a case with support, I recommend keeping in touch with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
