Versa won't charge

Put my device on the charger last night, charged it all night.  Put it on today, didn’t notice if it was charged it not, and later my husband says “your watch is doing something “.  It had the Fitbit logo on the screen. Tried to sync, nothing, tried to charge, said 0%, cleaned all the leads and pins and Left it a couple hours and now the Fitbit symbol is back, it still won’t charge, or respond. Help!

Check for condensation in the back windows with a magnifying glass in case that is a cause.

Also try using a computer as the power source and note if the computer recognises the device when attached to the cable.

 

If that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.
