My Fitbit Versa crashed suddenly and won’t charge (despite the app saying it’s on 86%)
The charging port is clean and the Fitbit is only two years old.

HI, @WillC19 - it may have a blank screen. Try a swipe left to see if it responds.
If it responds it may be a watch face fault, in which case change to another clock face from the Fitbit App..
Check the last time of sync in the app and charge level, then charge it.
If it is syncing and it may also be charging and just the screen that's not working.
Do the tests before you try and restart it.
If it restarts without any logo appearing there is a screen fault.

FitBit support will probably imply it’s something you did, but if you look at this forum they killed a lot of Versas with a firmware update last night. And the bad news is they won’t help you at all since you’re out of warranty, they’ll only offer you a discount on a new model.
