Good evening,
I bought a Fitbit versa lite form the Fitbit site. I was trying to do the fist update that you have to do when you start for the first time the product. It failed and now on my Fitbit app is not showing the possibility of updating it. It is still at the versione 38.33.1.3.0 and I don't have the update to the 38.6***** available. Moreover the battery is dying in 12 hours and is charging in 30 minutes. What you I do?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if the issue gets fixed.
Regarding the battery draining issue, please follow the tips that are described in this help article and see if the battery lasts longer.
